We have a congregational meeting this upcoming Sunday, February 9. Active English members are to arrive at 10am to participate and vote. We will be voting to accept the 2024 Financial Report and the 2025 Budget.

To accommodate for the congregational meeting, the English service is scheduled to start at 11:30am, 15 min later than usual. Prayer Meeting, JH & HS Christian Education classes are cancelled for this date.

The Return to Church Committee has approved the English Congregation proposal to resume in-person and Children’s Sunday services starting Sunday, Feb 13.

Sunday CE and Friday Night Fellowship will remain virtual-only for the time being.

Due to the increase of COVID cases, EFC East Valley leadership has made the decision to suspend all in-person worship services and gatherings for the month of January. All Sunday services and Friday Night Fellowship gatherings will be strictly virtual during this period. Times for all services and virtual gatherings remain unchanged. At the June 6, 2021 council meeting, the East Valley council board approved a proposal for indoor services held in the sanctuary. This proposal includes strict limitations and comprehensive health and safety measures to reduce risk of exposure and spread of the virus.

The Live Stream will continue to be offered as an option to participate in the English service. Please continue using the live stream option in the website navigation bar to access the service Live Stream during service hours.

To address some questions and concerns regarding our church reopening, including the changes in our health and safety measures as we move indoors, the leadership has updated the Church Reopening FAQs, located here for your perusal.

The Taiwanese congregation will also resume in-person indoor services, and will still offer an online option to participate for those who prefer to worship remotely.

The Live Stream will continue to be offered as the primary option to participate in the English service.
