Good Friday joint service in both Taiwanese and English is from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. This joint service will include Holy Communion.

Sunday, April 20

Easter Sunday joint service in both Taiwanese and English is scheduled to begin at 8:00am. Please note the adjustment from normal Sunday service times as this is a special Easter sunrise service.

Notice of Schedule Change for Feb9 Congregational Meeting

We have a congregational meeting this upcoming Sunday, February 9. Active English members are to arrive at 10am to participate and vote. We will be voting to accept the 2024 Financial Report and the 2025 Budget.

To accommodate for the congregational meeting, the English service is scheduled to start at 11:30am, 15 min later than usual. Prayer Meeting, JH & HS Christian Education classes are cancelled for this date.

Due to the increase of COVID cases, EFC East Valley leadership has made the decision to suspend all in-person worship services and gatherings for the month of January. All Sunday services and Friday Night Fellowship gatherings will be strictly virtual during this period. Times for all services and virtual gatherings remain unchanged. East Valley's Updated Response to COVID-19

At the June 6, 2021 council meeting, the East Valley council board approved a proposal for indoor services held in the sanctuary. This proposal includes strict limitations and comprehensive health and safety measures to reduce risk of exposure and spread of the virus.

The Live Stream will continue to be offered as an option to participate in the English service. Please continue using the live stream option in the website navigation bar to access the service Live Stream during service hours.

To address some questions and concerns regarding our church reopening, including the changes in our health and safety measures as we move indoors, the leadership has updated the Church Reopening FAQs, located here for your perusal.

The Taiwanese congregation will also resume in-person indoor services, and will still offer an online option to participate for those who prefer to worship remotely.
