Our History 

EFC East Valley was founded on Sunday, March 11, 1979 as the first daughter church of EFC Los Angeles. We were established as a mission to reach the Taiwanese-speaking people living in the greater Walnut region.

Thirty Years later, our mission has expanded beyond our ethnic origins, and has been blessed with the opportunity to plant churches in Hacienda Heights, Riverside, Chino Hills and Rowland Heights. While still honoring our Taiwanese-speaking roots, East Valley seeks to reach the world with the Great News of Jesus Christ!

歷史簡介

東安台福基督教會是由廿多位信徒，於1979年3月11日在洛杉磯台福教會的主日崇拜中受差遣到東區的Covina開設佈道所開始。三年後的1982年自立為教會，並命名為“東安台福基督教會”，成為第二間的台福教會。東安從設立之初的租用聚會場所到1987年7月5日 正式啟用自己購地、自己設計的教堂，這間從Covina到Diamond Bar，又到Walnut，一共搬遷了六次之多。

本會自創立以來，一直都很重視宣教與植堂事工，於1989年9月11日在Hacienda Heights分 設了聖達台福基督教會；1992年2月9日在Riverside分設了恩聯台福基督教會；1999年7月 11日在Chino Hills地區分設了愛睦台福基督教會。目前這三間分會也都完成了他們的建堂工作。

本會除了在經濟上支持6個宣教基構及個人宣教事工，每年於夏季也籌組青年與成人短宣隊返台加入實地的宣教事工。求主耶穌繼續保守本教會，在同心合意裡繼續成長，為主興起並發光。
